Terms of Service

Loopvalid is a SaaS-idea validation tool. You submit an idea; our agents run demand research, generate a landing page, draft an ad campaign, and synthesize a verdict (build / pivot / kill / continue). The output is a decision aid — not a guarantee that the idea will or won’t succeed.

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. One person per account; sharing logins isn’t allowed.

• Loopvalid uses a credit-pack model. One credit = one full validation run. We sell single credits ($29), 3-packs ($79), and 10-packs ($249). All one-time payments. No subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your card details.
• Refunds:we’ll refund any unused credit in full if you ask within 24 hours of purchase, provided no agent has been kicked off yet. Once a validation starts, the credit for that validation is consumed and not refundable (we’ve already paid the LLM providers + ad-drafting compute). Email nikhil@getflow.dev to request.
• Credits in the 3-pack expire 90 days after purchase. Credits in single and 10-pack purchases don’t expire.

Don’t use Loopvalid to:

• Run validations for illegal products or services.
• Generate landing pages that impersonate real companies or people, spread disinformation, or scam end users.
• Test ideas that would violate the policies of the ad platforms we integrate with (Google Ads, Meta).
• Probe, scrape, or attack the platform. Use the product as intended.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules and forfeit unused credits. We’ll tell you why before doing so unless there’s an active threat to the platform.

• You own the ideas you submit and the validation outputs Loopvalid generates from them — research reports, landing copy, ad drafts, verdicts. Use them however you want.
• We own the platform itself — the software, the agent prompts, the design system, the data layer.
• We may use anonymized, aggregate signals from your validations (e.g., “X% of validations in category Y get a build verdict”) to improve the product and write public research. We won’t share your specific idea or outputs without your written consent.

Loopvalid’s outputs are AI-generated signals based on public data. We don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that following a verdict will result in any particular business outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions. The platform is provided “as is.”

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Loopvalid’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loopvalid integrates with several third parties. Their terms apply when you use their services through us:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Linchpin — the agent runtime that powers our agents
• OpenRouter — LLM access (via Linchpin)
• Resend — transactional email
• Google Ads and Meta Ads — optional, only when you connect them for campaign metrics

You can delete your account at any time by emailing nikhil@getflow.dev. We’ll remove your account and associated validation data within 30 days; backups age out within 90 days. Unused credits on a deleted account aren’t refundable beyond the 24-hour window in Section 3.

We can terminate your account for cause (violation of these terms) at any time. We’ll refund unused, unexpired credits if the termination wasn’t for cause.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes get announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware.
